Vanessa is a regenerative ag-focused hybrid and can adapt to extremes in environments; whether it’s heat, lack of moisture, constant winds, or just generally tough conditions. In drought areas, manage this hybrid with 20-40% lower population; huge flex ears will compensate from 14,000-21,000 ppa. Not suitable for planting after May 25 in zone; not as sensitive to planting date moving south of I-90. Excellent plant health. Tall plant with deep green leaves. Has excellent feed value as silage and grain. Stands out in high stress, low population situations. Excellent choice for flex silage acres. This is our choice for skip row planting - but do not raise populations!
Pairs well with Maria (RM 101) and Betty (RM 103) on most acres.

Vanessa (RM 103)
Vanessa excels in loamy soils and following corn or sugarbeets.
