Maria is a solid, all-around hybrid.  It handles itself well across farm management types.  It has a tall, robust plant type that works well for silage.  The girthy, semi-flex ear brings yield. Fungicides are not usually necessary. We recommend populations standard to the area.  A good option for regenerative farming. We prefer split applications of N.  This hybrid responds negatively to over-applications of N!  Add a sugar source or humic acid to liquid N for increased N efficiency.
