Growing corn in the north is always a challenge, but Moira can make it a little easier! Excellent cold tolerance and early vigor sets the stage for building a robust plant that can handle stress. Moira will also handle later season heat and some drought. Works well across soil types and management systems. We're not saying this is a perfect hybrid, but we do think Moira should be a part of your corn plan if 85 days fits your maturity. (We're still working on collecting data for how far south this hybrid can go, so don't plant this one way out of zone until we have some more information. You know who you are.)
